This establishment is by far the worst place I have ever encountered for business and I wasn’t even the customer. I would never buy from or recommend anyone buying from this dealership. I realize business is business, but also know the customer should be happy with the end result. I know this, because I’m a nurse practitioner and deal with patients on a daily basis. I have to tailor my treatment to each and everyone, so I don’t understand how customer service could be lost on a place that prides it’s self on happy customers.... read more

Had a bad experience with the service department. My wife originally went in to have a new key fob made for our suburban. They were running a special on oil changes so she went ahead and had that done also. We ended up doing a tire rotation also and they said the brakes were completely shot. The rotors were so bad they could not be turned again. The pads were shot.
