This establishment is by far the worst place I have ever encountered for business and I wasn’t even the customer. I would never buy from or recommend anyone buying from this dealership. I realize business is business, but also know the customer should be happy with the end result. I know this, because I’m a nurse practitioner and deal with patients on a daily basis. I have to tailor my treatment to each and everyone, so I don’t understand how customer service could be lost on a place that prides it’s self on happy customers.... read more

Had a bad experience with the service department. My wife originally went in to have a new key fob made for our suburban. They were running a special on oil changes so she went ahead and had that done also. We ended up doing a tire rotation also and they said the brakes were completely shot. The rotors were so bad they could not be turned again. The pads were shot. Being skeptical of all service departments, we had our Christian mobile mechanic,that will no longer work for dealerships, come out and take a look. Of course the... read more
