RecommendedTraveling from Tulsa my check engine light came on, I called McCarthy and from the time that they scheduled the appointment to the time I was being checked out the service was great! Rob Hilton and the service team had me back on the road in less time then they had originally quoted, I would highly recommend having your vehicle either serviced or repaired here! GREAT JOB TEAM!

The staff, service and parts people are very courteous. The waiting room is spacious enough and comfortable. It’s just a nice dealership.
Started off not so good. We walked around the whole lot before we went inside to get some help, the receptionist didn’t even greet us and when we asked if someone could help she just looked clueless and didn’t say a word. One guy finally walked by but said he was too busy and then finally Brad helped us and once we were in his hands it was smooth sailing and we were very pleased with our purchase once we tracked someone down.
I had am appointment set up with one service writer and then handed off to another service writer. I feel that it was due to be an ex spouse of someone that works at the dealership. When handed off to the other service writer it was because Courtney did not want to deal with me.
