I always feel special here, that's why I drive all the way from Plymouth to buy vehicles and have service done. I have had a couple of recall items and they always found me a like new complementary vehicle and took care of the issues promptly. They also wash my vehicles after servicing them.

Lousy communication caused me to waste over two hours of my day for a car they didn't have.

Since when do salesmen get to tell a customer that a truck they are looking at is quite a step up from what they drove up in? Never judge a book by the cover! We own 2, 1 ton diesels, one is a High Country, but we drive our commuter car everywhere to keep miles off our trucks when we go to the city. We get a new truck every year for our business, pull heavy equipment and trailers!! Really Mr. Salesman! Terrible service! Brought my Denali in because check engine light went on. Had an appointment and waited an hour and a half for them to do a simple diagnostics test. They tell me the diagnostics showed nothing and the light went off. He then says you can pay the lady and get your vehicle. What the heck am I paying for? We have a new GM $70,000 vehicle under full warranty with a light on that apparently meant nothing so why am I getting charged.
