Two weeks after my truck was in for a brake inspection, my husband discovered McCarthy's service dept didn't tighten any of the lug-nuts on one wheel. My children and I had put over 600 miles on a barely hand tightened wheel. I will not visit this service center again.
The only good thing is that I actually was able to purchase a vehicle, and that they took mine in as a trade. Otherwise, I will never go back, and do not recommend them. I'm still waiting to get something fixed on my vehicle, and it has been over a month. Too much to explain at the moment, but I'm very disappointed.

Had a better experience with the new Buick we purchased than the used Equinox we bought last week. The fluids were not checked. Still don’t have the second key and waiting to get in for the car protection. Definitely feel a big difference.
