Worst car buying experience ever. 3hrs of feeling pressured into buying a vehicle, finally left after salesman (John) thru our trade in keys on the desk. Very pushy and became rude. Followed us out to our car and kept asking us to come back. Got msgs following day asking if we made a decision. Drove 40min one way to get msg 10min before we were to meet that there was no deal. One of the worst places for auto service! The service staff/managers have an attitude and are rude, and they don't stand behind their shotty work. I'm blown away that a company can conduct themselves in the way they do. They're not even deserving of one star since much of their accusations border on harassment and lies. Beware of this place before giving them your business!

We bought a used Honda Odyssey from here. We asked before the final paperwork was signed and found out there was only one key, but we did continue with the purchase. However, upon returning home we found out that the key that we received was only a valet key--it can only turn on the ignition. We called the salesman and were told "if the car starts then what's the problem." To make a new key, alone, it costs at least $120.
