John Gosewisch, terrible to communicate with. Strung us along 3+weeks. Still no word on vehicle. We also have some very dissatisfied neighbors who purchased used from you. I’m sorry I wasted my time stopping at your dealership. 0 stars.
Very cool that we were able to get my wife's Sierra and my Denali in at the same time for recalls and service. Our service writer Tyler was very cool, very friendly. It was also very nice to be recognized and treated very well by Amy and Shannon. Small conversation goes a long way and lets us know we are welcomed at this dealership.
I had a bad experience with the sales associate that was rude and with the GM that only try to sell me a new product to justify their dishonesty.
RecommendedJon H was wonderful to work with! Definitely highly suggest working with him to purchase your next vehicle. The thing I loved most was his honesty! Thanks Jon!
We purchased a vehicle from McCarthy and they told us they would not buy our trade in because they wouldn’t get enough money for it. It’s in excellent condition and low miles. So we were told it would go to auction and guess what we saw sitting out in their lot only a couple days later? You guessed it, our trade in vehicle that ‘they couldn’t buy from us’ and they are asking 4 thousand more dollars than what they would of given us for it. CROOKS!!
