I've used this location multiple times. Been treated with respect, given great discounts when they couldn't provide the specific tires I wanted after the Yokohama plant burned in Georgia. They have always made me feel important to them and have always treated me well...from walking in to escorting me to my vehicle upon completion and advising me of anything they found including what was done and what to look for if an unrelated problem was discovered during the process of providing the service(s) I requested. Love it, very good customer service!! it was early Friday, took my flat to get fixed. it was repaired, put back on my car, spared replaced. I was out the door, no charge!!
They were really slow and started to become unprofessional towards closing time. Thwy started rushing people out without finishing peoples cars.
I went in at 8 am to get 4 new tires. The young man that helped me told me they would have to order the tires I needed as they didn't have them in stock at the store. Said it would be Monday afternoon before they arrived. So I paid for them and went home. Received a call at 10:45am that the tires had arrived!! Went up there got them put on and was back home by 11:45!! I have always received excellent service at this store and the employees are always very friendly! I highly recommend them!! Customer for life.

Love this place! They are always busy, but I'd rather have the job done right than hurried through!!!! Love the Christian music they play also!
