Andrew, the owner of McCalls is awesome. I have had him come to my home to clean my carpet and sofas twice. The stains were gone. He is so respectful and polite which is nice when someone comes into your home. I am a tough critic and I totally recommend him.
This is the second time weve used McCalls and again, we are very happy with their service. Our carpets look and smell great. Andrew is very friendly and professional. We will definitely be using them again in the future.
I had McCalls clean my carpets today. I was very satisfied with the service I received. With 2 kids and 2 dogs its a challenge keeping my carpets stain and odor free. I had a lipstick stain that had been there for over a month where my daughter rubbed my makeup in the carpet, and he got it all out! I had my carpets cleaned in November, and I was quite satisfied from beginning to end. Andrew worked well with me to pin down a date so I could move into my new home. Andrew actually cleaned the carpets (including 15 stairs) and was on time, knowledgeable, and swift. I still admire how clean the carpets still look. The business card is still on my fridge so Ill know exactly who to contact for the next cleaning.
These were the nicest most knowledgable people and did a fantastic job! My rugs and chair look great! They were prompt, professional and very affordable. I plan to use them again in the future as needed. I would highly recommend them.
