I recently acquired a foreclosed home and the previous owners had left the carpet in terrible condition. I called McCalls and Andrew was the one that came over and the carpets look worlds better. Every room, every step is spotless, and looks almost new. I HIGHLY recommend giving McCalls a call to clean your place. I have also had them clean an occupied house and the work is just as good and just as quick (and economical) Very easy to work with and get something done on a schedule and within budget.
OMG they are incredible. I hired another cleaner that never showed up, so I emailed every carpet cleaning service I could. McCalls excels when dealing with the customer. The response was FAST, they found time for me right away, they came within 2 days, they cleaned very thoroughly, and they left behind the most perfect impression I could ever get from a carpet cleaner. I usually dont write reviews but this company certainly deserves one. They are really good!
After extensive shopping around, I called McCalls to clean the carpet in a house where the previous tenants had a dog. Not only did Andrew get the carpet as clean as possible, the whole house smells SO much better! . Im impressed with Andrews honesty and hard work--and the price was very fair.
Andrew was on time. He did the job that he said hed do (and then some). He communicated very well (even called ahead of time for arrival) and he charged a very reasonable price. My wife and I are pleased and would recommend him to most anyone.
My carpets look and smell great! I was traveling often and my dog decided to take her frustration out on the carpet by PEEING on it. I called McCalls Carpet Cleaning Service and had the carpet cleaned and deodorized. Other stains were lifted from the carpet too. I will definitely use this service again. McCalls was able to clean the carpets on short notice and the carpets look great.
We have used a couple of companies before but never had as great of service as we have with this company. From the beginning to end of the service we were very pleased. My carpets look great and I will call McCalls again when we need our carpets cleaned. Andrew was our service provider, he was very good.
Easy to make an appointment, arrived just as promised (thats important!), cleaned carpets beautifully. Andrew was friendly and knowledgable. Couldnt ask for anything more.
I just had my carpet cleaned and all I can say is WOW!!! As the father of 3 little ones, my carpet was at the point where I wanted to spend over 2000 big ones to install laminate flooring. I figured let me try one last ditch effort to save my carpet, and it looks GREAT!! I will keep my money in my pocket and continue to enjoy my carpet. The price was more than right. I will keep him in mind in the next 6 months for a touch up.
