Any other time I took my kids they were AMAZING. But yesterday was horrible. Our appointment was at 9:40 & we arrived @ 9:20 only to end up setting till 10:45 when they FINALLY took my daughter back. Had 3 people come in after us & heard one of them say, "I have an appointment at 10:15." She wad called back immediately & wasn't back there 20 min. Love the staff at My Dentist, they are very friendly and concerned about our comfort.
All I have to say is that I absolutely love this place. Your always greeted by a friendly face and the staff there is amazing.
If I could give this 10 stars I would! These people are truly a blessing. They don't treat you like any problem is too big or too small and help you in any way they can. I see doctor cady and he is an amazing dentist. Ive always had bad anxiety when I go to the dentist and he makes everything a breeze and truly cares about you. Any time I have something done he calls me that night and makes sure I'm doing okay. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you guys so much for being great at what you do!
I have a major fear of not being around my child who is 3. They assured me that I can be there with him, and if there is ever a time I'm asked to stay out I can talk to them about my fear and that they would try to accommodate me to the best of their ability. So far love it! I will update if there is ever a problem.
This place is awesome.... The girls are genuine and friendly and I've never had a more thorough visit! They even do a cancer screening! Dr. Cady is gentle and knowledgeable.... All around great visit. Thanks everyone at My Dentist!!!!
I usually dread going to the dentist! It gives me terrible anxiety, but the folks at My Dentist make me feel right at home and know just how to keep me relaxed! I won't ever go anywhere else!!!
I got my invisalign done here and it went perfectly!! Absolutely 5 stars across the board!
