Had a 2:30 appointment for an Invisalign consult for my son... got there at 2:12pm and seen posted that we must stay our car and call to check in. Did that... sat in our car (91 degree heat) with air on blast lol! Finally at 2:45 a very nice girl (no fault of hers) comes to my window and ask us our names and offers to bring us in to fill out new patient forms. I ask her if she knows how Much longer it will be until we can be seen since the time has ran over already and she says she is not sure since the dentist are currently... read more
