Terrible experience with my husband there after having Invisalign. Was not informed of extra charges for a retainer until the very end, was charged for a cleaning but not informed before hand that it would be an additional charge. Cost was not the issue or complaint, it was not being informed properly. Also disappointed with his experience doing Invisalign, they didn’t thoroughly check his teeth before giving new trays and then tried to say he was completed when he still had visible gaps and spacing in his teeth. Dr.Kim and Dr.Andrus are both amazing! Dr.Kim even came in early to work on my 6 year old before I had my new baby. He was booked out until June, and asked me to bring in my son an hour before he was scheduled to at work. He also didn’t have any issues getting him to cooperate in the chair! Their literally the best!
Dr. Kim is does an amazing job! His nurses also make it very easy for my daughter when we go there! They work fast and do a great job!

Dr. Andrus, Dr. Kim, and their team are always very professional and kind. They have always made me feel respected and like I am put first. There have been times where there were disruptive patients in the office, and they do a great good taking control of the situation to make everyone feel comfortable and safe. Thank you My Dentist!
