My son was seen here and Dr. Andrus and Erin did such an amazing job. He has had bad experiences in the past so to have him taken care of so well made me so happy. Will continue to bring him here!!!
Bad experience. Upcoded cleaning. tried to max out the insurance the first day. Printed a estament bill that could not be read. The receptionist said they were out of toner. Bait and switch sales tactics. First appointment, big rip off ! Run like Hell !
Stop ripping people off. They called me after a month to tell me I owed them 700$ for a Periodontal cleaning that was a pure ripoff to begin with. It was no different than a normal cleaning, took 30 minutes and they want to charge 1000$. SCAM ALERT. I recently went to MEXICO to get my smile done for a fraction of the price and had a better experience than at My Dentist. They also tried to rip my parents off recently by overcharging their insurance. This place used to be ok but has turned into a money hungry scam center. You ... read more

If you want to be lied to regarding Invisalign then this is the place for you! Invisalign offers an UNLIMITED # of trays for 5 years!! This dentist office stated that if I want to continue getting trays I have to REPAY for my Invisalign all over again, my case started in 2016! I am a friendly person & I always treat everyone I meet with kindness, but I have been treated so COLDLY from this staff since my original complaint in 2018.
