My First Visit To McLeod.......... .....was everything I hoped it would be. Fast, efficient and cheap. My dog got hurt on Saturday about 3:30 - couldn't tell if it was a bite or a sprain on her leg. By the time we got home everything was closed except the emergency vet clinic which wanted $74 to walk in the door, x-rays START at $150........etc. I had been using Block House but after their insensitive handling of the euthanasia of a beloved dog just recently I vowed never to go back. Great Vet Dr. Mcleod helped me at a hard time in my life. My dog had an open wound on her foot and I was in a terrible financial crunch. I called the ASPCA to see if my dog could get vet help through them as I thought she had been bitten by a snake. They said that they couldn't help her unless I gave her to them for good. I was thunder struck as I didn't want to get rid of her but wanted some help. A Great Vet I drive 30 minutes from South Austin to Round Rock to take my dog and 2 cats to see Dr. McLeod. The money I save at his office is far more than the price of gas I spend to get there.
Great Vet I've been taking my dogs to Dr. McLeod for over 15 years. He has been great with my dogs. When my dog passed away the office was very helpful and sympathetic. He gives good advice and gets straight to the point. I have never thought of taking my dogs elsewhere.
