Andres was out this week for a service check on our heating system. Both took their time to help us and answer all our questions. RecommendedOne of McClintock's technicians, Andres, came out today and quickly found our problem. A creepy-crawler had shorted out a circuit board in the outside unit. Andres was not only efficient in the handling of the repair process, he was friendly and informative! I don't anticipate another malfunction, but having the McClintock team at the ready, gives me great peace of mind. Five Stars all the way! 😁

RecommendedMy AC was not cooling, and I called McClintock because of a neighbor's referral. The dispatcher (Julie?) was polite and personable. How nice to speak to someone with real manners these days. Thank you, Julie. The tech was Roger Spittle, and he was helpful, efficient, and informative. I appreciated his taking the time to educate me about the workings of air conditioning. I purchased a service agreement as a result.
