We worked with CHRIS ABERNETHY and he was great. Prompt, thorough, respectful of our home and excellent at diagnosing and addressing our problem.
We've been using McClintock for over a year now and couldn't be happier with the service! Last winter we signed up for the annual maintenance program and it saved us this weekend! Our service technician Tommy is amazing! He is polite and professional and always explains everything in detail so we understand what's going on. McClintock should be proud to have someone like Tommy on the team!
My HVAC system is in pretty good shape. The past few days it hasn't been cooling well. Last night I put in a request for service. Cathy called me at 8am to get me schedule and they were here by noon today. The technician Chris Abernathy has fantastic! He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, while also teaching me strategies for keeping my house cool, saving on energy, and making my system last. He even gave me advice for how to cheaply repair a broken vent I have. I would highly recommend McClintock to anyone!
Called McClintock on Sunday morning with A/C out and 40 people due for an afternoon party. Chris from McClintock responded and was great - got our A/C working, explained the issue and the temporary fix and set expectations on future needs. I hate to call for emergency service on a Sunday but it was nice to see his genuine "we're here for you" attitude.
Technician Cristian was very friendly, explained everything, took time to answer our questions...A+
