A big thank you to Kevin from McClintock Heating and Cooling for saving us $350 today during my HVAC maintenance check. I thought I needed a new thermostat case because it hung loosely from the wall. It did not close properly nor was it aligned properly. Kevin discovered that several rather large screws had been improperly used inside the casing to attach it to the wall. My first time dealing with McClintock was August 2017 when I had an entire new Trane HVAC system installed. I interviewed 5 different companies and McClintock stood out. They were exceptional to deal with on all levels-the technicians are very professional and polite - office personnel excellent as well. I just had the unit checked by Scott M - who did a terrific job! They are a great family owned medium size company with ethical, fair, professional and personalized business practices. I could not be more pleased!

Kevin Kelly came to analyze our AC not working. Since we just moved here a week ago it can be difficult to find someone you can fully trust as a technician. Kevin was fantastic! He worked methodically through the problem explaining to me all the possibilities. He made sure I knew the cost of any possible changes if the part was found faulty. We just had Kevin kelly come and look at our heating unit. He diagnosed the problem quickly and let us know that the part that our unit needs is ordered and will be back out to finish the job. The number one things that stood out about his work is how clean he worked and that after he had looked at out unit he cleaned the floor of any debris from the attic. This is the second time we call McClintock and will def be my to call company on any hvac issues.
