After the dealer answered a few questions I put a deposit on the car. The dealer called me up a bit later to go over the invoice, and they tacked on a $500 inspection fee, and a $800 LowJack system they installed on it. I told them the inspection fees should be built in the price of the vehicle, and I do not want the LoJack system. They were unwilling to remove the charges. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had purchasing a car. The salesman I was trying to negotiate with actually lost his temper with me. I will never go back to this dealership again.

Horrible service! My wife and I walked and Shelby was extremely rude and condescending. Her first question without introducing herself was what are we looking for. We explained we are looking for a cx-9 and wanted to compare the difference between the sport and the touring. She expected us to have all the answers and to know exactly what we were looking for. Julian was intense and I felt I paid more than I wanted to. But he was professional, the place itsself was nice for a dealership, the car was alluring and they worked 2 hours past clI sing for us. I would go back again.
