The dealer was very good to me . i went there to buy what i was looking for & she was very understanding with what i wanted.
Have bought 3 previous vehicles from other dealers. Oak lawn Mazda has definitely topped them all. I give them 5 stars in all aspects of customer service.

They were responsive and the Salesman and General Manager were very personable. The only negative was their email system that could not deliver my responses to the dealership.

They contacted us. We drove 400 miles to see this car and were faced with lengthy, unnecessary delays. We liked the car and made them a reasonable offer compared to area vehicles. We were prepared to pay cash and take the vehicle. They ran us out of time - without a counter offer. We had to leave due to an impending snowstorm. Too bad they handled our situation so badly.
