Car were broken. They told me that. So they were honest
I went into Oak Lawn Mazda to purchase a car. After several scheduling issues, I managed to get seated with a customer service rep, Wajeh, and take a test drive. We negotiated on a price and I had to speak to 2 additional managers for "approval". We agreed on a price and I patiently waited while they drew up the paperwork. After going back to the office one of the managers returned telling me that they would no longer be offering me that price and increased the price on me. Yes, I was contacted and the salesman was very informative regarding the diesel engine. Now, I am considering a diesel engine.
It was a good experience everyone was very nice!
The wait time to get from the internet sales person to the manager of sales was long. This may of just been because it was a Saturday morning but it was definitely more than one hour of just waiting. Also, I never purchased a car from a dealer before where I had to physically take everything out of my trade in and transfer it into the new car without any help from the porter. Very nice dealership and sales personnel. Not pushy or overbearing. If they had the color i was looking for i definitely would have purchased from them. Would return in the future for my car buying needs and I will be referring family and friends.
He was very polite and knowledgeable about the car, not pushy. I haven't purchased a new car as of yet but when I do I will call. I'm looking for 2016 thru 2019 cx5
