I didn't know buying a car out of state could be so easy. After getting the run around for six months, I found the car I wanted on my own through Car Gurus in 15 minutes. The next day, I was sealing the deal.

Royal Automotive Group are so professional, I was buying a replacement car because I was car jacked in San Francisco, they understood my loss and facilitated my purchase of a replacement car with ease. They worked with the finance company to get me the best deal they could, they understood I was not in the market by choice. i will recommend them over and over. Never once did I feel pressured from the initial contact through the finance department all very considerate people.
Terrible. Told me to come look at the car in a 2 hour traffic drive and when I told them I want the car, the salesman started to ignore my texts and calls and later found out the car was sold to another buyer. Could've just told me straight forward instead of wasting my time. Thumbs Down

Almost 5 star, had a good experience overall. I left with the car I wanted at a price I could stomach. Minus one star because I wanted to have the car inspected by my mechanic before signing and my sales rep dodged my request multiple times. He knew how badly I wanted car. I got a warranty, but the dodginess made the transaction feel a little sketch.
Nice car, good service, little bit disappointed that car was not ready for us to test drive when we had made an appointment for this.
