Given COVID distancing, which prohibits the salesperson from riding along, the dealer is not allowing potential buyers from test driving on the freeway. Who would buy a car only test driving on a small stretch of a city street, without getting up to freeway speeds?
Given the current circumstances, I understand that any dealer has limitations on them right now. The person who responded to me originally however, only answered some of my questions and not all of them. For example, why does a low mileage, 2 year old car have two owners? No answer. I stated that this would be an all cash deal. The response was that the all cash price was the stated price. Really? That's all you got to offer - in this market? I contacted the dealer, they contacted me, and walked me through the supplemental package details of the vehicle over the phone. I drove to SF, test drove the car and the purchasing process was efficient.
Very helpful had the car and purchased it. The staff was friendly and helpful. No doubt I will be recommending them.

Very quick response and flexible scheduling for a test drive. Very friendly and not rushed even though I was buying probably the least expensive car on the lot. Found a great test drive route with little traffic during rush hour in the middle of SF! They were honest about the car and even showed me the full recommended service and worked to get to what I feel was a good price.
