This is our third vehicle from Mazda of West Ridge. We love the personal service, and absence of bullcrap. They listen, they respond, and the don't pressure you or throw in extra garbage trying to up the price. I am satisfied, and loyal. Mazda of west ridge practically stole 500$ from me. I went in with a broken switch which I informed the workers there of. After spending way more than I should have to get a car drivable again. My car had the same symptoms as if they just let my car sit in the lot for 4 days! Upon informing them of this the General Manager Jesse told me I would be getting a refund for my repair. Turns out he was lying and I never got my refund. NEVER bring your car here. They go against their word and will exploit young adults for their cash... read more
Picked up my Mazda CX-5 touring last Thursday looks really nice next to our 2016 Mazda 6 sport. I've dealt with the of 3 Mazda dealers in the area. Mazda of West Ridge is by far the best. Got a great deal, customer service is outstanding.
I came in for an oil change a few months back, my first and only experience ever at Mazda of West Ridge. I thought everything went well until recently when I popped my hood to find that my engine cover was missing. I called the service department and they were able to find it in the garage. When I expressed that this was just careless on their part, I was told "at least we were able to find it." No apology. Makes you wonder what else they forget about...
Judy is Aaaammaaazing!!!! Seriously couldn't have lucked out with a better person to have been handling my purchase! She's incredibly sweet, professional, trustworthy and real...and treats you like a person rather than a quota or profit. Couldn't have been treated better by Judy or her team! Thanks everyone!
The best place to buy a car , we felt we were part of their family. I love how they put our car in the show room. From now on we are buying our cars from them and only them !!!
