Been a loyal customer for years but lately their service department can't even help me fix passenger window that I have brought in 2 times to fix and it's still not fixed very unsatisfied with this place now. Like it better when it was the Saturn of west ridge at least when you went there people knew how to fix your car and do it the right way every time.
I haven't had a bad experience here since getting my Mazda3 hatchback two years ago. The service is always excellent! Saying I love driving my car is an understatement :) I refrain from being rude to interrupt the sales people & perspective buyers to tell them how much I love it when I am sitting in the waiting area having my car serviced and can overhear them.
Really love the new ride. It's our first import car purchase and we're confident we have done the right thing. Also our salesperson Judy Luksic was extremely knowledgeable of the product line but never once pressured us in any way! Ed Dolan was a gentlemen in every sense of the word and took all our of our concerns to heart and like Judy went above and beyond. Also would like to offer a thank you to all the behind the scenes support staff!
Marcy Edmiston, Judy Luksic, and Ed Dolan worked as a team to help me find the perfect car! Their team is amazing and they make you feel like family. I am so grateful! The 2014 Mazda CX5 is an amazing machine and I love everything about it! I see myself being part of their Mazda family for a very long time!
