Our car buying experience could not have gone any more smoothly! Grady handled all of our paperwork over the phone and through email, and it was complete within hours of us first reaching out to him. Due to Covid concerns (and a hurricane), we were hesitant about going into the dealership, so he had the car DELIVERED to us. From the very first call we received, all the way down to Rick, the delivery driver, dropping the car off to us, we were more than pleased. 10/10 recommend Mazda of Jackson!
