Everyone from the receptionist to the service technician to the General Managers at Mazda of Jackson are very friendly, knowledgeable, and down to earth. They will move mountains to make sure customers are satisfied with the purchase of the vehicle and equally happy when having a vehicle serviced. Josh, Chris and Kyle made purchasing a new vehicle a lot more pleasant than I remembered. I was in and out within a few hours. If you are looking for a vehicle, be sure to ask for Josh. When he explained the 20 Yr/250,000 mile Powertrain warranty that Mazda of Jackson gives to all new car buyers, I was ready sign and drive. Come check them out. You’ll be glad you did!!!
They did a wonderful job servicing our car and cleaning it. They were nice enough to drop me off at home and bring my car to me when it was finished. Thanks so much for all your kindness. Glad we bought a Mazda!!!
