RecommendedWe had a terrible experience at a Mazda dealership in Arkansas. We called about a CX 5 that was listed at the Jackson dealership And was treated so well on the phone that we made an appointment to come look at the car. Everyone was so nice and friendly and we were in the car we wanted and out the door in less than two hours. A great experience.

Purchased a 2019 CX-5 from Jason. Absolutely amazing buying experience. Jason was knowledgeable, and very helpful. Sales were great, Financing was great, looking forward to seeing how the service side of the house handles business.
Danny was our salesperson. Very professional and upfront. Our experience was very good. Danny explained in detail what we should except and followed through. My husband and I are believer in the Mazda family. This is our 6th or so Mazda. So yes we will recommend Mazda of Jackson to our families and friends. Best car shopping experience ever! From the size of the dealership to the employees as a whole, I’ve never felt so sure about a vehicle. I’d researched online on Consumer Reports, so I knew the vehicle was rated well. The young lady greeted us outside and she ended up riding with us while we test drove a couple of suvs. She was friendly and honest. It was her first day. Anyway, we bought a 2019 Grand Touring CX-9. I live in NC. Found my 2019 Mazda CX-5 Signature w/20,000 mi. here. Traded my 2015 CX-5 w/84,000 because I had the hots for the turbo. Justin Cook and the sales team knew I had done my homework, they bent over backwards to close the deal. I didn't get fleeced,. they made what they needed. I now have a friend in this dealership. Called them today to express appreciation and to wish a Merry Christmas. Pretty rare find these days.
