I lost my car in a wreck a little over a month ago. I got in contact with Mazda City and Joel Montijo really helped me out. The car i was looking for was not an easy find. He went above and beyond to locate this car for me and did a great job doing it. When it cam down to it we jumped in, Test drove and I drove off the lot with a Pre-Owned 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 2.0T. he was very knowledgeable and if he didn't know the answer he found it for me. Thanks to the guys at Mazda for all your help!!
I recommend this dealership to anyone in Jacksonville Area. Just bought a brand new car last week and service was immaculate. Robbie miller deserves a thumbs up for how he handled my situation. Thanks for the brand new car and great service!

I stopped by Mazda City to look at a truck. The salesman, Ken Baxley, met us with a warm and friendly greeting. The more we talked it seemed we had known each other forever. He was not pushy at all and was very patient with us as we made our decision about the truck. He walked us through the process with ease. We did buy the truck. He made it fun and easy. Bought a car for our daughter and Joel and Robbie were customer service focused the whole way. Never did I feel disrespected or that I was the loser in this deal. My husband and I walked away feeling like we got a very fair deal and can come back anytime for help should we need it. Even got to meet the service manager who said she was here for whatever we needed. Excellent dealership that focuses on their customers not the sale and whatever that takes.
