I have recently purchased 2016 CX-9 Signature from Mazda City and I can only say positive things about this dealership and particularly their Sales Consultant Joel. He was very easy person to work with and was willing to do things most sales persons would not do. I felt confident to fly from Chicago to Jacksonville after our first conversation. Unfortunately most of my visits to Chicagoland dealerships had an opposite experience.

I had a great overall experience. I worked with Ken Baxley who is a true professional and a gentleman. I bought the car completely over the phone and internet. I gave them my vehicle choice and specs and my lease target payments. Ken responded promptly and provided great service by phone and internet. Picked my CX 9 up from him this morning and enjoyed meeting him personally. One of the best car buying experiences in my 40 years of car purchases. Highly recommended.

Mazda City was a great place to look for a new vehicle. The service when I walked up was exceptional and when i mentioned i was there to see Joel Montijo, they were quick to lwtting him know I was there and didnt wait long. Joel assisted me in trying to locate the right car for me. Although i did not purchase a vehicle, Joel made sure I had all the things I needed to find it. He worked very hard and stay dedicated to finding the right car for me. I would def come back to Mazda City to get more assistance from Joel Montijo.
