Yesterday I went to Mazda City to check on a Cheve Cruze that I found online and after the test drive and the help of Dennis and his coworker Joel Montijo, I couldn't resist but to buy it. Had a great salesman (Joel Montijo) that went out of his way to "smooth my ruffled feathers" after a less than enthusiastic response. The main reason I bought my mx5 here was the knowledge and attitude of my salesman. There are other Mazda dealers in Jacksonville, but the rapport I had with Joel sealed the deal for me.

I had a bad accident and my car was totalled so I went to Mazda City and I do have to say it was a great experience. Victor Thompson was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me get a great deal and the car that I love. The whole dealership was kind and felt like family. They helped turn a part of a bad situation in a great experience. Would definitely recommend them!
