Love my car but don’t ever use the service department. Steve is a jerk. Oil changes take 2 hours even if you have an appointment. Got two new tires today and I just hit the 2 hour mark. I have a very sleepy toddler with me and frankly I’m about to just let him loose and see how quick I get my car back. Oh and no changing table in the women’s bathroom. I guess mother’s with children don’t buy cars or get their cars serviced.
RecommendedI received excellent, fast service from Andrew for my oil change and cleaning. The facilities were very well cleaned and pleasant to wait in. I greatly appreciated their offer for healthcare workers and would certainly recommend them and come back in the future myself!
I purchased a vehicle and warranty that was promised would cover bumper to bumper from here and 2 months later, had to purchase tires. Less than six months later, fuses started blowing and a list of codes were listed. Hiley refuses to fix the problems and offered to "buy back" the vehicle for $5000 less than what I paid for it, and they would get to keep the $1100 tires! I'm a single mom of 6 and they are screwing me.

Let us sell you this used car, tell you it’s covered bumper to bumper (you can’t prove we said it), and then refuse to fix it when it has problems 6 months down the road. But come on in, we’ll make right! Hiley’s “fix”, buy it back for $4k less and sell you another car. Not a classic bait and switch, but it sure feels close.
