How does a woman go into your shop for a simple NY State inspection, ($10)and a simple oil change.....should be 60-80 dollars top.... on a car that's brand new.... get charged 180 dollars? I can't believe how this dealer takes advantage of women. truly a disgrace... be happy because you will not get anymore business.
