I’m late in writing this review of my Mazda 3 grand touring I purchased in August. First of all Jay Obertance was an exceptional salesman, not your typical salesman. He really went above and beyond for me without even knowing how serious I was about this car. Right off the bat he made a video of the car I wanted, toured it inside and out on a Utube video made especially for me not even 24 hours after my inquiry. Everything was great, the sales team and thr finane guy. Just bought my CX-3 yesterday and pick it up tomorrow. They made everything really simple and gave me a great deal on my trade-in.
I came in today with my mazda5. I knew it was getting old and it needed some work. They treated me like I was buying a new car. They were so nice and helpful and offered me a loaner for the day. I really felt like my dad was there taking care of me because they were so helpful. I really appreciated how I was treated and I can't say enough about how they made me feel. In the end, my car wasn't worth fixing and they were so nice about it. Thank you so much!!
This place sucks. I have a 2005 mazda rx8 and every time I bring it here they don't do anything except charge me a shitload of money, it took them over a week to get a starter in and they call me one day about what they're about to be doing and say they will let me know but I have to call them every 2 days to find out the status. Worst service an the women at the front desk might as well just work in a drive through.
