never tried so hard to give my money to a dealership that refused to take it. I inquired about a used vehicle very shortly after it was listed. Jay who is the internet sales manager reached out to me regarding the vehicle and the process for credit was started. I came into Rohrich Mazda looking to buy my first car. I'd been looking on the website and finally found one I liked within my budget. I called in and Dan had be scheduled for an appointment to test drive the car that day PLUS sent me a video of a walkthrough on the car. Despite the current pandemic, the dealership was quite busy. Dan worked well to balance me and a couple other people. After hours, I had additional questions and Dan quickly responded to everything I asked. I have had excellent service from them since 2013. When I have had an issue with getting an appointment or something else, I talked with them and they made it right.
How about open your service department. Called in on 4/1/20 was given the first date was 5/7/20. Went to Kenny Ross and had vehicle service the NEXT day ( 4/2/20) . They are doing the Mazda services at their next door Subaru. Bought three new vehicle at Rohrich Mazda since 2016. Last being 2019. Will never buy from another Rohrich dealership again. Will even take my free oil changes coming up to another dealer. Will pay 50 bucks twice a year rather than having it done for free.
Trying to get an appointment for oil change/service that works with your schedule is impossible! No matter how many different days you say you’re available, never works for them. They may tell you free oil changes when you buy your vehicle here, but they do their best NOT to accommodate you.
Service department is ridiculously incompetent. I’ve never experienced such lack in customer service in my life. The manager, Dave, is unprofessional and rude. Avoid this place at all costs.
