Exceptional Service and Follow-through I was visiting the Tri-Cities and had an untimely and rare transmission issue with my 2015 CX-5. I called McCurley and had my car towed into the shop. Anibal "Nemo" not only managed the issue promply and perfectly, but also set me up with a new loaner car to use. Knowing the repair would take some time and I live and work 200 miles from the dealership- he offered that I could return at my conveniece to retrieve my car.
