The place was huge and amazing, staff was very friendly and it is all based on donations❣️❣️My son and I spent the entire day there and he wanted to go back the next day a 15yr old and do it all over again❣️❣️This will be a place I donate to for years to come because of what they stand for and the amazing job they do please if you get the chance go visit🌹🌹
I dont see how anyone couldnt enjoy this wonderful place!! If you don't like it, then it's probably you that needs to step back and regroup. Nature in this park is beautiful and the animals always make my kids so happy, even as teens!!
I love going to Maymont park, especially to relax and fish like I did Thursday..but about two weeks ago I took my grandbaby and she had blast and love the new renovations!
Came here as a child and now bring my own. It's a very family oriented affordable place to come as a family and enjoy nature. Great location only 10 minutes away from anywhere close to Richmond. No complaints on my end.
It's a fun family place ... LOVE the Japanese garden! Brought our friends from out of town and really enjoyed the walk. Took it easy due to my cane aided walking, but a very pleasant afternoon!
The Japanese Garden was beautiful with its paths, trees, bridges, stepping stones, and of course, the water fall! The walk from the Nature and Visitor center was easy and long enough to tire out two 3 year old girls. It is a great place for picnics, the girls and I had a wonderful experience!
