It was our first time at this venue. Saw it advertised in the newspaper, but don't remember reading it was cash-only. That would have been nice to know. Also would have been nice to have more shaded seating. Otherwise, the day was great, people were friendly and there were so many vendors! It was a great day!

The children's barn is nice, especially with the new wood replacement and stalls. However for the new improvements it's pretty empty. I feel they should have more animals then what they do. At The Nature Center help desk the day I went. There were two young employees a girl and guy. They were what I thought to be rude. And when I asked questions to the girl about the map out of the park. She seem to get annoyed quick.

I loved being here. I went on a rainy day so I had the grounds to myself a lot of the times. The gardens are breath taking, the animals are all happy (BABY GOATS) and the mansion was absolutely stunning. I recommend coming here alone (like me) or with friends and family. There is also things for children to do!

A turn of the century mansion open to the public that didn't need to scour the countryside for its major furnishings. They remained intact for our enjoyment and the telling of its story. The gardens and grounds are sufficient alone to justify multiple visits to this once country estate.
