Natalie is the best! She gets stuff done! Great with communication
We loved living at Mayfaire and sad to leave. The complex is quiet and safe and conveniently located in the heart of North Raleigh. I would absolutely recommend this complex to anyone interested in moving to Raleigh
We've lived here for about seven years, and we love it here. Management and maintenance respond quickly, and any repair issues are taken care of ASAP, if not the same day. Nathalie and Judy in management are super helpful, and Broderick and Bill are on top of things with maintenance. We appreciate them so much.
The office staff(Natalie and Judy) are very friendly, professional, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. They go above and beyond. The maintenance men ( Bill and Brodrick ) did some maintenance in our apartment and again they too were a pleasure to deal with. They were very knowledgeable in dealing with the situation and when finished they did a great job cleaning up after they were done. Starting our 2nd year at Mayfaire, we enjoy it here. Everything is very well kept, and clean. Maintenance is always friendly and on top of requests. The office is also very friendly, and helpful. The community is very quiet, and we have not had any problems or disturbances. I would recommend this place!
