We've lived here for about seven years, and we love it here. Management and maintenance respond quickly, and any repair issues are taken care of ASAP, if not the same day. Nathalie and Judy in management are super helpful, and Broderick and Bill are on top of things with maintenance. We appreciate them so much.
The office staff(Natalie and Judy) are very friendly, professional, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. They go above and beyond. The maintenance men ( Bill and Brodrick ) did some maintenance in our apartment and again they too were a pleasure to deal with. They were very knowledgeable in dealing with the situation and when finished they did a great job cleaning up after they were done. Starting our 2nd year at Mayfaire, we enjoy it here. Everything is very well kept, and clean. Maintenance is always friendly and on top of requests. The office is also very friendly, and helpful. The community is very quiet, and we have not had any problems or disturbances. I would recommend this place!
I’ve lived at Mayfaire on two occasions, both have been fantastic! My dog absolutely loves it here. Plenty of clean grassy areas, friendly neighbors and their pets, and if he could leave me to go live in treat heaven with Judy in the office I believe he would! The best apartment complex we’ve lived in, hands down.
Unique/tight knit/quiet community. VERY well constructed and maintained property. Not uncommon to have neighbors who've lived here for a decade or more, as well as the property Mgt. team w/nearly a (2) decade tenure. Its the place I am happy to call HOME, and neighbors whom I'm grateful to call friends. The only "grrrr" IMHO is the occasional "bad apple" tenant that attempts to circumvent/push the limits of common sense/respect of others which ultimately adversely affects everyone.
