GReat Service I am giving them an A from me for friendly eager and helpful services. I received complimentary calls to make sure I was satisfied with any maintenance work performed. This is great communication. I would recommend them to a friend. Great management.

Would not recommend I have been with oak park for several years and though they have went through several property managers, the one that is in charge now is horrible and is not people friendly at all. She can be very rude and nasty and will try to sobatge you any chance she gets. I for one have witnessed this first hand. My lease has come up several times to where I would start paying month to month until I signed a new lease. During the time of me paying month to month I would only have a fee along with me bill. Spacious for price I would highly recommend Oak Park and any locations from Research Properties, as we viewed many during our search. They have two that are basically the same place like right around the corner and same company so I wanted to review both. They are great and we have had zero complaints during our stay.
Pleasant Experience I have had a pleasant management and maintenance experience here at Mayfair. One maintenance guy in particular is genuinely the most honorable -respectable-and upstanding men that I have met in my life. He IS integrity. If I were to start a business, he would be the first person that I'd hire. You have a real gem in him! My front door has been painted and it looks wonderful.. beautiful, clean and bright! Very nice! I would rate my overall experience an A.

Dissatisfied So I have been living here with my girlfriend almost a year and it is just crazy about how poorly ran this company is. They have just walked in a couple times while me and my girlfriend were indecent without even knocking. I had warned them about a Crack in my bathroom ceiling and all they did was put a bucket under it and it wasn't even until I had said something to them for the 3rd time. Good location There are several different types of apartments in the Mayfair complex. The price is average for the area and is mostly quiet. The management responds fast to requests. There is a community pool and laundry room.
