Pretty Great One of the better experiences I have had renting. They are adding a lot of nicer touches inside the apartments now. I would re-rent from them if I am in need to rent again. This whole area of Jeffersonville is really being invested in and growing fast.

Great Start, Great Finish Most of the time things will begin without any big complaints and noticeable issues. I love my apartment I love my apartment and recommend Mayfair. I have lived here a couple of years and have had no issues. The location is convenient and my neighbors are nice. I love my closet space. I think the rent is a fair price.

Mediocre Experience The apartments are large enough, but the guy who installed my internet told me these buildings are very old and catch on fire occasionally. The plumbing situation was pretty terrible and made it hard to use the bathroom/shower mostly due to old appliances and poor drainage. Worst of all, I moved from out of state so I was unable to tour the apartment before renting it and it smelled so strongly of smoke that even with three fancy air filters it gave me lung issues and made me nauseated every time I entere... read more
A GREAT STAY Mayfair is a great place to settle down in. It is a cozy place. It has nice apartments and townhomes that have a great amount of space. The inside of the apartment (or townhome) are nice looking and pretty affordabel. Pool is nice. The customer service is wonderful. I never hesitate to call them because they do seem to enjoy taking are of you.

Great place to live!!! The office staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The maintenance team is quick to respond to work requests. This property is always so clean and seems to be well kept. The location is so close to everything from shopping to restaurants.
Perfectly Okay That's the best I can describe living in Mayfair after 4 months in a 1 bedroom unit, perfectly okay. I cannot speak for the entire complex as there are many buildings, and I cannot speak for anything other than a 1BR 1BA unit, but mine is nothing special, not terrible, but not special either. The appliances, countertops, kitchen sink, AC unit, and the water heater are all new. However the kitchen cabinets, carpeting, and tile in the bathroom are all quite old. We love it ! This is our first apartment on our own. Everyone was very helpful explaining the process. The townhome is great, plenty of room , clean and quiet.
Excellent Office Staff I just wanted to say thank you to all of the office staff that has been helpful to me in finding my new home. Stephanie and Jesse went out of their way to show me a couple of different floor plans between Oakpark and The Woods. They explained the specials to me for that month. It was just a great experience and now I have a very nice home. Thank you Ladies!!
