Their Customer Service Is Lacking In SERVICE... Last week,on 6/9/2017, I called and asked how much it would be for a Gator 3-n-1 Mulching Blade and their counter person told me $35... I sent my Son to pick up that same Blade which I had asked the price of on the Phone, 15 min. later, but when he came back with the blade, the Receipt was for $55 plus tax... And then when I had my wife Take Back The Same Blade, BECAUSE THERE WAS A $20 PRICE DIFFERENCE THAN ON THE PHONE, She Could Not Receive A FULL REFUND..
Worst experience with service department. Horrible customer service and satisfaction.
