Horrible company to purchase a home from. Our escrow closed two weeks late, because they would not complete the agreed upon repairs in a timely manner. After all that they apparently do not have keys to the property, even though it three other doors besides the their smart lock front door. There response is that buyers should rekey the home. If I have a choice I would never again purchase another home that this company has touched.
We enjoyed working with your team. The communication was prompt and all buyer questions were answered. Kristen was great and the escrow went so good. We closed on time, 30 days.
