I thought the beginning process was great. The negotiations and terms of the purchase. We hit a snag and things progressed slow when the buyer requested repairs. But overall it was good.
I really enjoyed my transaction with Maxim. Everyone was helpful and courteous. However, Linda had mentioned that the HOA for my clients purchase required new numbers to be ordered. I was told that maxim would mail the new numbers over but my buyers never received it. Itâs been a hassle trying to get a response from Linda, I understand sheâs busy. I just wish I had an answer for my client
