Went in to purchase a new work truck. I was quoted a price for the truck that matched the price posted online. After test driving and negotiating a trade they informed me they were adding $9,000 to the purchase price to cover a flat bed. I hate to know how many people don't look at the bottom line and walk away happy with the monthly payment. They also tried to run my credit before we had came to an agreement on a purchase.
Bought my truck here and love it! Helped me out with new keys and a remote!!!

First off, thanks to Will the salesman who was very helpful in September. This review has nothing to do with him. I was very disappointed in the customer service I received from the sales manager Brad. I came in with the intent to trade my Tahoe & leave with a new Tahoe. I left due to childcare & went home & called Brad, who was talking to other people while trying to talk to me on the phone... I was told by Brad he would call me back in 5 minutes, because he had 3 different deals he was working at the time.. he never return... read more
