WHAT A JOKE!!!!!! I called in to the dealership to verify the availability of a vehicle and to begin the sales process. I spoke with Khadijah who verified with a sales manager that the vehicle was available for purchase. After spending half a day of phone calls, emails, and verifying all of the sales and payment information, obtaining an estimated monthly payment, trade in value, completing a credit app and submitting a credit card payment for deposit to hold the vehicle, I then get a call back from Khadijah to tell me that ... read more
