The service was exceeded by all that we came in contact with, both the Salesman (Bobby Williams) and Customer service (Ebony Jackson). The attention and service was superb. We have been to 5 dealership prior to getting to Maxie Price and we did not feel the warmth are attention we got from both Bobby, Adian Prince and Ebony. Terrible customer service, inept sales people. I've now taken a hit on my credit while having a fairly decent size check waiting at my credit union that I can not use now because apparent the sales an finance staff didn't feel like writing up the sales contract for me (and them) to sign for my credit union. Instead I was contacted being told the truck was on a test drive, I offered $500 over the phone to hold it while asking why my paper work hadn't been started yet. Ebony & Phil are awesome! They took their time with us & we felt no pressure to purchase. Ebony even gave us her car charger so we wouldn't have to travel so far back home without a phone. Love our new truck!!
