Will and Jamie did a great job in assisting me with the purchase of a new Chevy Colorado today. I got the price I wanted and they were both very thorough and patient answering all my questions. Many thanks to all the staff who made this an enjoyable buying experience.
The buying process was great. I did not feel pressured to buy and got the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted. I am not happy with the service department or the financial department. When I told them specifically to pull my credit no more than twice they pulled it 6 times! I didn't no this until almost a week later. The service department is the worse I have ever seen. When they put the new tires on the car when they got it on the lot they did not balance the tires. When they put the new windshield wipers on they did not ... read more
