I just recently bought a car from Jon and I couldn't have asked for a better salesman to deal with. He helped explain everything I needed to know. He even came in on his day off so that I could look at the car. He made sure this was something I really wanted and allowed me time to think it over. He was very patient which I really appreciated. WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE SO FAR!! Bought a mazda cx-9 from this dealership yesterday. Within 12 hours, noticed some water in the rear back light and called them up asking about it. They denied to fix it apparently because they gave me a discount on the car price. Ended up spending a lot of time arguing with the sales person. So basically, if they give a discount on a negotiated price, then they don't take responsibility for the vehicles that they sell.
