Jorge was amazing, he helped out so much and was willing to work around our schedule. Got a 2016 Outlander Sport as well as a 2015 Ralliart...love em! Jorge as well as Bridget were awesome!.....this was my review....but after having a bad plate transfer done here...i have been refused by IL to purchase a plate sticker. So Ive been fined hundreds of dollars. And still cant get a sticker...and have to pay almost another 200 for them to fix plate records for me, even though its dealer error. We are long time customers of Max Madsen. The service department absolutely ROCKS!!! But I'm writing today about the sales staff, specifically Jorge M. He has always been great to work with, but he and the rest of the Max Madsen sales department outdid themselves last night! We got not 1 but 2 brand new Outlander Sports! Jorge worked really hard for us to get the deal we wanted. Thank you so very, very much one and all!
