RecommendedGino called us in response to a Kelley Blue Book instant offer to buy our truck. I feel that he was polite, respectful and reasonable when we went in to have him give us an offer. Afterward we took it to another dealer to see what they were willing to pay. Gino knew this before we left. The other offer was the same but Max Madsen is closer for us, so we went back there. He was true to his word and the process was quick and easy. I would go back again.

Totally reneged on an agreed upon OTD price after signing the sheet of paper that’s typical in negotiations (both sides signed). We asked repeatedly for clarification on many aspects before Signing and they had multiple times to clarify before signing- And two times it was agreed-upon. We then moved onto the payment/financing phase – they ran our credit, started selling us the extended warranty – and then suddenly the sales manager decided he wanted over $2000 more. Made an offer on a used vehicle. After they accepted my offer and had Me sign my offer they pulled it back. Evidently they do not understand their own systems. In 40 years of buying cars I have never had my offer accepted and then rejected. A handshake means nothing at this dealership. This all occurred after the paperwork was started and my credit was run. Unbelievable!
